• For best fingerprint quality, follow these guidelines:
• Moisturize your hands daily for at least three days before your appointment, especially if you have dry skin.
• Do NOT apply lotion on the day of your appointment, as it can interfere with fingerprint capture.
• Ensure your hands are clean and free of any substances that could obscure your prints.
• Bring all required identification and documents to help expedite the process.• If your fingerprints are rejected due to poor quality, we will retake them at no additional cost within 30 days of the original appointment.
• To qualify for a free retake, you must provide official documentation from the requesting agency confirming the rejection.
• We do not offer refunds for fingerprint rejections, as rejection may be due to skin conditions, worn ridges, excessive dryness, or other biological factors beyond our control.
• If your fingerprints cannot be captured clearly, we can provide documentation for the requesting agency, confirming multiple attempts were made.
